Sacred Sexuality is where sex meets spirituality. Inside every body, a flame of pleasure and personal power is waiting to come to life. This workshop will guide you on an exploration of sacred sexuality, where you will reconnect (or connect for the first time!) to your yoni, and allow love to flow through you.

  • When to use toys
  • Creating a ritual for self-pleasure

I have had the privilege to attend both sacred sexuaility workshops and I can not thank Renata enough for the knowledge and strength that I gained from these workshops. I used to shy away from the word "sexuality", or perhaps I didn't know the true meaning behind it. I had all these assumptions about how "sex" should be based off movies and books. Attending these workshops gave me the confidence to own my sexuality, not to shy away from it, to be proud to be a woman, and to understand that pleasure is a natural thing. Not only did I gain knowledge of female anatomy but it opened the doors for me to feel comfortable experimenting and figuring out what my needs are. I now have a stronger connection with my husband but an even stronger connection with myself. I honour myself each and everyday because of these workshops. They were truly life changing.
