Medicine Bag
Medicine Bag
Minimal leather medicine bag with beaded fringe tassel, designed by Larissa McCallum.
Medicine Bags are traditionally used by Indigenous peoples to hold sacred spiritual objects, usually worn around the neck to keep close to the wearer's heart.
What do you put in a medicine bag? You can put any object that has a special or spiritual personal meaning, such as lavender, cedar, sweetgrass, crystals, and rocks.
Made with a Matte, solid pebbled grain leather with a slight waxy touch. Leather is a natural product. Distinctive markings and nuances in its texture and colour are natural in occurrence and a testament to its authenticity.
Body of Bag: 2.5" x 2.2"
Fringe Length: 3.8"
String Length: 15"
